- 1.1 We use Royal Mail UK deliveries.
- 1.2 Our Standard delivery is £2.52 Inc VAT (large letter) or £3.24 Inc VAT (small parcel) via Royal Mail 48 Tracked and £3.19 Inc VAT (large letter) or £5.99 Inc VAT (small parcel) via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays] which means that you should receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was despatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been despatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly.
- 1.3 Orders despatched via Royal Mail Service is NOT a guaranteed service and can take up to 6 working days to be delivered at busy times. Please Note: Due to extra demand because of the pandemic, our courier Royal Mail has informed us that some deliveries may be delayed due to staff shortages in certain areas of the country, Tracked 48 parcels aim to be delivered in 2-4 working days, but can sometimes take unto 6 working days. Tracked 24 deliveries will be treated with priority and aim be be delivered in 1-2 working days however some deliveries can still take unto 6 working days as this is not a guaranteed service.
- 1.4 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
- 1.5 If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Services on 0114 437 2877 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We would request that you contact us as soon as possible and within 60 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
- 1.6 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
- 1.7 If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
